Adiabatic Process
Adiabatic process ek aisa change hai jismein na heat andar aati hai na bahar jaati, matlab Q = 0, ya to insulated hone ki wajah se ya itni tezi se hone ki wajah se ki heat beh na paaye.
Kyunki koi heat exchange nahi hoti, gas jo bhi work karti hai wo uski apni internal energy se aati hai. Isliye jab gas adiabatically expand karti hai to thandi ho jaati hai, aur jab compress hoti hai to garam.
Ideal gas ke liye adiabatic change PVᵞ = constant follow karta hai, jahan γ (gamma) specific heats ka ratio hai. PV graph par ye curve isothermal curve PV = constant se zyada steep hoti hai, kyunki pressure aur temperature saath badalte hain.

Trap ye hai ki 'no heat exchange' ka matlab 'temperature same rehta hai' samajh lena. Wo isothermal case hai, adiabatic nahi. Adiabatic process me temperature badalta hai, theek isliye kyunki work ki bharpai karne ke liye koi heat andar nahi aati. Heat andar-bahar na hona, temperature na badalne jaisa nahi hai.

Adiabatic: koi heat flow nahi (Q = 0), par temperature phir bhi badalta hai.
Exam me kaise kaam aata hai: PVᵞ = constant yaad rakho aur ye ki adiabatic curve isothermal se zyada steep hoti hai. Common line: gas adiabatically expand karti hai, to thandi hoti hai.

Adiabatic changes un rozmarra cheezon ko samjhaate hain jo heat flow se tez hoti hain: hawa ka upar uth kar thanda ho kar baadal banna, aur bicycle pump ko tezi se dabaane par jo garmi mehsoos hoti hai. Speed hi kisi process ko adiabatic banati hai.
