Dominant vs Recessive Allele
Dominant allele wo hai jo do alag alleles hone par dikhta hai; recessive allele tab tak chhupa rehta hai jab tak wahi ek maatra type na bache.
Dominant allele
Wo allele jiska trait aap heterozygote jaise Tt me dekhte ho. Capital letter me likhte hain. Ye doosre allele ko mask karta hai, par ye stronger ya zyada common nahi, bas wo jo dikhta hai.
Recessive allele
Wo allele jo heterozygote me chhupa rehta hai aur tabhi dikhta hai jab dono copies recessive hon, jaise tt. Small letter me likhte hain. Ye poori tarah kaam karta hai, bas dominant copy hone par outvote ho jaata hai.
Trap yeh hai
Bada trap ye hai ki dominant ka matlab stronger, better ya zyada common samajh lena. In me se kuch nahi. Iska matlab sirf wo jo dono hone par dikhta hai. Bahut se dominant traits rare hote hain, aur bahut se recessive traits common. Test: heterozygote (Tt) dekho, wahaan jo dikhta hai wahi dominant hai.
